As people grow older, numerous diseases become common. The health care system focuses on treating diseases, but Jason Hope has a different approach. He seeks to make people live longer by slowing their aging process.
To realize his objectives, Jason Hope has been supporting SENS Foundation for years. It all began in 2010 when he donated $500,000 to the organization. The purpose of the foundation is to help people to access technology that will help them fight the aging process as well as the diseases that face elder people.
SENS foundation was founded by Aubrey de Grey about eight years ago. It operates laboratories and carries out medical research. It is located in Mountain View. Aubrey has also made contributions to the organization.
Jason Hope has highly praised the work of the foundation. Additionally, he has also supported its strategies to fight diseases such as Alzheimer’s and diabetes. Jason Hope perceives that SENS will bring grand changes in the field of medicine.
The donations that Hope makes to SENS aid in the development of AGE-breakers. AGE-breaker is a type of medication that tries to eliminate glycation end-products which accumulate in the person’s flesh as he or she ages.
