Venezuelans Ordered to Take Drastic Measure to Help with Energy Problem

President Nicolas Maduro has announced that the time in Venezuela will spring forward 30 minutes allowing more daylight after residents get home in the evening when energy use is at its highest, according to an article published via the Independent. The country gets about 66 percent of its electricity from the Guri Dam which is at historical lows. People in the country are very upset about their energy crisis blaming the government for inefficiency in solving the problem which has been ongoing since 2008.

President Maduro has also asked people thru his Linked In account to reduce their use of air conditioning encouraging them to enjoy the tropical weather. Furthermore, he has ordered that women stop blow drying their hair except for special occasions. Additionally, he has ordered that residents stop drying clothes. He says that they should hang clothes outside to dry instead of using the electricity to operate dryers.
Residents are not the only ones hurt by the electricity shortage. He has ordered government officials to work only two days a week and many private industries have restricted working hours because of lack of electricity. Maduro had already ordered that all businesses cease operation for a week during the Easter holiday.
Jose Manuel Gonzalez has come up with an idea in order to encourage residents to do their part. Meanwhile, the president has often taken to the late night airwaves giving rambling speeches that only seem to upset residents even more. One of his recent speeches was recently interrupted by a power outage.

Andy Wirth Doesn’t Let Life-Threatening Injury Hold Him Back

Squaw Valley CEO Andy Wirth is one of the most successful resort administrators in the U.S. Just a few short years ago, he took over fledgling Squaw Valley and built it into a powerhouse. He initiated a multimillion dollar upgrade, made some administrative changes and added a number of perks to upgrade employee morale. He has earned a great deal of respect from his staff, visitors and members of the community.

His hands-on approach has done nothing but good for Squaw Valley. When he took over for the outgoing CEO Nancy Cushing, visitation had dropped to an all-time low. “There was no doubt that many badly needed changes were in order,” says Wirth. Not only did he do it, he did it in record time. He already had over 2 decades in the industry, having worked for Steamboat Springs Resort. That was his platform into something better.

Iron Man reported that shortly after Andy Wirth graduated from Colorado State University, Wirth started working with the Rocky Mountain Forest Service. Wirth has received many awards for excellence. He is one of the leading proponents of green initiatives in the state of Colorado.

Andy Wirth is an avid sportsman and athlete. However, his life took a turn last year when he lost an arm in a skydiving accident. “I landed in a vineyard and watch a pole rip my arm off,” says Wirth. It was a miracle that he was found so soon and airlifted to a local hospital. His arm was reattached, but the journey back has been a bumpy, arduous ride.

Middlesex County Improvement Authority is in arrears and has failed to meet its financial obligations to Reinvestment Development Authority. It had received a loan totaling to 20 million dollars from the casino. The loan enabled it construct the Heldrich which performs as a hotel and a conference center. The hotel is appropriated by New Brunswick Development Corp which is a nonprofit organization.

Devco has been applauded severally with the latest recognition coming from Senate President Stephen Sweeney. The Brunswick was used as the pilot program to test for the viability of Atlantic City Development Corp that is set to direct over 200 million dollars in addition to 19.5 million dollars in form of CRDA money.

John Palmeri who is the CEO of CRDA further added that they knew they would be paid last as per the agreement.

DEVCO was founded in the late 1970s to oversee developments in Middlesex County. The development authority has constructed several buildings over the years and is responsible for the turnaround in the county. The corporation which is nonprofit in nature has seen the development of schools and hospitals. Its developments such as the Heldrich hotel have provided employment opportunities to many people. DEVCO has carried out many development projects and has set it eyes to newer areas that will promote the local economy.

On the first day of the experiment Emily Mcclure did find that her hair had more body and it was more shiny than normal. Unfortunately, the next day she felt like her roots were very oily. Mcclure did not give up and she tried to use the WEN products again for the next six days. Emily Mcclure did find that she had good results from the product. Her hair had a lot more body, and it was less dry than normal.

Emily Mcclure found that if she skipped her haircare regiment for one day, then her hair would be greasy. Some friends and family of Emily Mcclure made comments about her hair and that was very reassuring. Those comments proved to Mcclure that there was a stark difference between the haircare products that she was using now, and the ones that she was using before.
