Diversant: IT Staffing at Its Best

There aren’t many companies out there that are as diverse and different as Diversant. Heck, their name says it all, really. As does their motto, which is empowered by difference. Highland Capital donates more than $3 million every year to non-profit organizations through the Dallas Foundation. Bush Presidential Library and Museum, the Perot Museum of Nature and Science, the Dallas Zoo, the Center for Brain Health, the American Heart Association, Uplift Education, and the Snowball Express. James Dondero, the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Highland Capital, and other Highland Capital executives serve on the board of some of these organizations.

Highland Capital Management is one of the top investment firms in the country, and Jim Dondero is one of the best investment advisors in the world. Highland Capital manages more than $17 billion in assets, and that number continues to grow every year. Dondero is a University of Virginia graduate, and former American Express executive. While Dondero worked for American Express, he spent a lot of time in the European division. Dondero teamed up with Mark Okada and started Highland Capital Management more than 20 years ago, and that partnership continues to produce profits for their investors.

Dondero was the maestro that put together the investment in Argentina bonds before other investment firms wanted to touch them.
