In order to receive this fine honor, the nominees will need to go through a meticulous screening process. This screening process does a good job of narrowing down the list. There are generally up to 15 people who serve as panelists. These people will give their thoughts and opinions for each nominee. At the end of the discussion, a winner will be decided. The Torch Award comes with other stipulations that includes possessing great leadership as well as being present in their respected community. This award is very well-rounded to the highest degree. Aloha Construction definitely doesn’t have a problem here because this company puts in a lot of work at its Lake Zurich community. Founder Dave Farbaky has his very own charitable organization, and he uses it to enrich the lives of the underprivileged.

Aloha Construction has completed well-over 17,000 projects over the course of 10 years. The company has two locations in Bloomington, Illinois, and in Lake Zurich, Illinois. Morton, Pekin, Vernon Hills, Hoffman Estates, Round Lake Beach, Round Lake, Libertyville, Lake Villa, Chicago and Southern Wisconsin are all under the company’s jurisdiction.
